Master of Marketing Management (M.M.M.) Admission to the 9th batch

(A Course of the University of Pune. Approved by AICTE)

 
Objective:

MMM is a two year full-time course offered by the University of Pune. The contents of the course comprehensively cover all marketing management aspects, including functional areas of Marketing Management like Industrial Marketing, Marketing Research from the theoretical and practical perspective and marketing management, consumer behaviour etc. The course content emphasises, the study and application, rather than mere marketing. It helps students to become successful Marketing Managers by exposing them to marketing development environment, while laying special emphasis on marketing management for small and medium enterprises.

Job Opportunities:

Many graduates begin their career as junior executive and, after some experience, move up to senior levels. Others seek entrepreneurial roles in the marketing world as independent consultants or professionals. Career opportunities lie in areas such as marketing management, sales, technical writing, training, consulting, etc. Application areas include National and International Marketing, Advertising, Market Research, Export and Import, Training and Development.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate or its equivalent from any approved University. Students appearing in the final year may also apply.

Internship:

Students of MMM have to undergo an industrial training of 65 days in the marketing function after Semester II as summer project. This internship is directed towards grooming the students in all aspects of Marketing, either in Domestic or International marketing depts.

Admission Process:

Admissions for the above course will be based on merit for their performance in Written Test and Personal Interview (P.I.).
Candidates who have appeared for MAT/ATMA/CAT/XAT/ NAT are exempted from IBMR Written Entrance Test and will have to appear only for Personal Interview. Candidates wishing to appear for Written Test & or Personal Interview or only for Personal Interview must fill up the application form given in the prospectus. The Prospectus costs Rs. 1000/- only. The amount may be paid in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of Director, IBMR, Chinchwad, payable at Pune.
