ASM Group in association with CETYS University, Mexico is Organizing  7th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE, (INCON-VII-2012) with the theme “Ongoing Research and Emerging Perspectives in the fields of Management Studies and IT”.  

This Theme has been further broken into the broad business areas namely Strategic Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Finance and Economics, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, IT, Human Resource, Education and Research.

 Research Papers are invited from the academicians,research scholars, Industrial Persons and students  relevant to the conference  theme.

INCON VI - 2011

International conference on ongoing research in management & IT
INCON-VI, a two day international conference on ongoing research in management & IT ended on 13th March 2011. Organized jointly by ASM Group of Institutes, Chinchwad, Pune, CETYS Universidad, Mexico, the event saw close to 800 participants & nearly 400 entries making it up to the presentation level both from India & abroad. Concurrent sessions were held at the ASM's Campus at Pimpri to accommodate the large no. of entries. Experts from the industry & academia judged the papers on accepted quality norms & also provided suggestions for improvement wherever necessary.
The Inaugural session was graced by Mr. Arun Friodia as chief guest and Prof Patricia Valdes and Dr.E.B Khedkar . Mr. Firodia realsed “INCON 2011 SOUVENIER” & “CSM Book “ authored by Prof. J A Kulkarni & co authored by DR.Asha Pachpande & Dr. Sandip Pachpande. It was a moment of great honour & pride for the authors of the book of “case studies in Management” as the book is unique in its contents and will be very useful to the management students .
After the Inauguration Function concurrent sessions for Research Paper Presentation in IT , Finance, HR, and Marketing took Place where the eminent Judges for HR Dr.Chandak, Dr. Sarad Khopkar, Brig. (Dr.) K.C. Pathak , Dr.Patricia Valdes Flora, Dr.Asutos Misal, Mr.Raina, Head-Hr, Ventura, and Mr.Yoges Upadhyaya presided over various sessions.
In Finance Dr. E. B. Khedkar, Dr. K. M. Parchure, Dr. Balsaraf, Dr. S. R. Mali, Prof. Ashutosh Kolte presided over various sessions. In Marketing Dr. Pawar, Dr. Bang,Dr S Bhave, Dr. Keskar, Dr.Roshan Kaji, Dr. Datta Gupta,Dr. Surbhi Jain & Dr. Shirode presided over various sessions.
At the valedictory session Dr. Santosh Bhave, VP-HR from Bharat Forge, commented that the exercise done by the ASM Group was commendable which was one of the best that he participated recently & efforts by presenters equally inspiring. He also mentioned about the efforts taken by them to promote research based innovations at Bharat Forge. He was of the opinion that research is equally important for Corporate as for academics for launching new products, getting new markets, engaging new customers & inventing new systems. He advised researchers to follow a democratic pattern as research is always a team work & do not wait for fame in the beginning.
Dr. Vijay Khole, noted academician & former VC of Mumbai University also graced the occasion. 'Knowledge drives the development of a nation he told the audience', He mentioned. Dr. Khole in his valedictory address emphasized the need for more industry centric educational programs. He highlighted that dissatisfaction level among employees being very high, corporate must come forward to upgrade skills & contain attrition. He also advised students to introspect about industry requirements & increase their employability. He quoted a major industry survey on satisfaction level of employees that only about one third being satisfied. Even the industry is also somewhat satisfied due to lack of skill development programs available for prospective managers.
Inaugural function was anchored by Prof.Rajeswari and Valedictory by Prof.Rossy Mathur. Also present on the dais were Dr. Sandeep Pachpande, Chairman & Dr. Asha Pachpande, Secretary ASM Group of Institutes. Vote of thanks was proposed by Prof. S.P.
