| Introduction
: The two years full time (evening) MPM (Master Degree in Personal Management) course is recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra for appointment of Welfare Officer under Factories Act Rules vide Notification No. WOR. 1984 / (9495) of the Department of Industry, Energy & Labour, Mantralaya, Bombay, dated 17/04/85, appearing in para 331 Gazaette No. 1838 of 2/05/85 Eligibility : Students who are appearing for final year graduate examination are also eligible for admission procedure. Graduate in any faculty from a statutory University. Internship Each candidate will have to carry out field work on the functioning of the Personal Department of a company during the First Semester. Each student will have to prepare a report of about 1000 words based on the field work to be submitted to the Institute on or before the stipulated date. The project will mean actual training. All students of MPM will have to undergo corporate training in HR department of various industries under the guidance of internal guide as well as external mentor assigned by the sponsoring industries. This training will be taken up after the completion of II semester exam. Each student will have to prepare a project report in about 5000 words and submit 3 copies before the stipulated date. |

who have appeared for MAT / CAT / XAT / NAT / IIFT / ATMA will be
eligible for admission based on their performance in Personal Interview
(PI) & written tests on an all India basis. Students who have
not appeared for any above Written Test can appear for the written
test conducted by the institute along with the Personal Interview
(PI) as per the schedules mentioned below: |
