- In our quest for holistic development the Bizz event is held every year. This is an intercollegiate academic competition held every year consisting of the following events

A Business Simulation game on Strategic Management & Decision making .Bizz Rugby is designed to test the capabilities of budding managers, to design strategies & make decisions.

2. BIZZ GYAN: Business Quiz, A dynamic way where knowledge will be used to fight the war of intellects.

3.C PULSE: Programming Contest, A context to test the programming skills of future programmers.

I2 R : Individual Investment & returns , A portfolio for the individual investors reflecting the short term and long term goals to be achieved, it should have reference with the current economic crisis and should present the considerations for selecting the investment avenues .They should be able to project risk & return balance of the portfolio.

5. TECH PUZZ: IT Quiz, The war of technical intellects to fight the battle till the wits end.

6. BRAINTEGRATION: Management Game, The event is organized to integrate the thinking from the lowest to the highest unimaginable level.

The Institute publishes a college magazine that is completely handled by students with inputs and support of the faculties. This provides students an avenue to explore their literary talents and also helps them in securing a job in the field of communication. The college magazine acts as a common platform to showcase the latent talents of students and staff. It also provides them with a mode to communicate with corporate doyens through the interviews included in the magazine. The institute publishes newsletter and quarterly magazine “ASMITAM“for the students to update them with all the latest news, events and activities of their campus and present articles.

ASM’s IBMR conducts annually its “MINDSCAPE” case study competition where industry executive teams are invited to share their expertise and discuss with the students. The has become a very effective tool in improving the Industry Institute Interaction, since the students personally visit each of these organizations to discuss aspects of case study development & its presentation.
This provides very good opportunity for the industries to hone their presentation skills and apply their expertise to solve the case study, this also promotes healthy competition.

To appreciate individuals for their excellent efforts and to motivate others to follow their footsteps, ASM's has started an annual event to felicitate prominent Achievers from the corporate arena. The first such event was held and awards were presented by the auspicious hands of Dr. Narendraji Jadav. (Vice Chancellor University of Pune) the following dignitaries were awarded.

For a better insight into the working of that industry students are taken for visits to various industries relevant to their courses. Being situated in one of Asia's largest industrial belt helps the Institute organize these visits more frequently as the Institute shares a good rapport with the neighboring industries.

Students play a major role in coordinating Computer Manufacturer and Dealers Association exhibition every year. This in turn helps in building an industry Institute interface and fruitful interaction.

Pune expo the largest industrial exhibition conducted every year provides the student with a platform to interact with the leading industry houses, learning about their products, marketing strategies etc. This is also an opportunity to get first hand experience about event management.

Guest lectures by eminent Indian and foreign experts from various universities, businesses and industries are organized in addition numerous debates, seminars, workshops, factory visits, team building exercises and management games during tours and treks etc. are also organised  The Institute has plans afoot to conduct innovative seminars and workshops on the diverse aspects of management in this current year. The Institute is well-equipped with all types of audiovisual aids to support such activities.
