J.A Kulkarni , senior faculty ,ASM’s IBMR & Dr.Sandeep Pachpande , Chairman ASM Group of Institutes, Presented a Research paper titled “From SWOT TO SWEAT-A Paradigm shift” in a recently concluded “International Conference “ conducted by –Modern Technology and Management Institute of USA(MTMI – Frost burg State University ,USA) in collaboration with the Nayna institute of Management (NIT – University of Mary Land, Tiwan) in Tiwan on 22-24th,December 2011. The Paper was well received and appreciated by the participants and the audience, since the paper focuses on an innovative methodology in SWEAT ANALYSIS&SWEAT MATRIX for organizational capability Assessment.

Patil, Faculty ASM’s IBMR presented paper titled “ Initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices: A case of selected companies in Pune at Eighth AIMS International Conference on Management (AIMS-8) jointly organized by Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad and AIMS International-The Association of Indian Management Scholars ( January 1-4, 2011) on 1st January 2011.The theme of the conference was Management Education in 2020:Issues challenges and opportunities. This paper focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities initiated in selected companies in Pune. Such as community welfare, environmental projects etc.
