1. Faculty Development Program was organized which aimed to improve the skills of the faculties to face the upcoming changes in the current education scenario. All faculties of ASM Group participated enthusiastically and discussed on different issues with the senior faculties and special guests. Lectures and presentations were given on different subjects.

2. Faculty development programme was organized by the management for all faculties on 26th and 27th Dec’2010 to inculcate the essence of INNOVATION. The focus of this training session was to stress on innovation in teaching. How to think differently, think what others are not thinking and be a step ahead of the rest. The purpose of the programme was to develop the faculty with more innovative & interesting techniques to enable the students to enjoy their lecturers. The programme gave an insight to the teaching faculty for improving on their existing skills and to enable them to be more effective & efficient.
